Meeting Rooms
East Greenbush Community Library maintains meeting rooms that may be used by non-profit community groups, associations and agencies when not being used for library purposes subject to the regulations below. The library makes these rooms available subject to the regulations below. A maximum of 90 people are allowed in the multipurpose room for a given meeting or event by fire code. Conference Room A & B can be divided into two rooms that are allowed 38 people each or 76 people when the partition is down.

Meeting Room Application (pdf) Check meeting room availability This feature allows the user to see when meeting rooms are available and tentatively reserve them. Upon completion of the web form, a meeting room application will be emailed to you. It must be filled out and returned to the library before reservations are confirmed.
Exhibit Spaces The library has four locked display cases and wall space (36 linear ft.) for showing artwork and collectibles. Monthly displays are reserved in advance on a first come-first serve basis and an application needs to be completed to confirm your exhibit space.
